How are credits calculated?
Credits are consumed based on the length and complexity of your text, plus the AI model used. Simple translations with basic models use fewer credits, while complex documents with premium models use more.
Do unused credits expire?
Yes, all credits reset monthly regardless of your plan. Credits cannot be transferred between months or carried over to the next billing period. Each month you receive your full credit allocation fresh.
Do you provide translation history?
Translation history is available for paid plans only. Starter plan keeps 30 days, Pro plan keeps 90 days, and Enterprise plan has unlimited history. Free users do not have access to translation history.
Can I transfer credits to another account?
No, credits are non-transferable and tied to your specific account. They cannot be shared, transferred, or refunded once purchased.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Both upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately.When you change plans, your credits will be reset to the new plan's monthly allocation, and you'll be charged (or refunded) the prorated amount for the billing period.
How do credits work when I change plans?
When you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, your credits are immediately reset to the new plan's allocation. For example, if you have 5,000 credits remaining on a Starter plan and upgrade to Pro, you'll immediately receive the full 25,000 Pro credits. The same applies when downgrading - your credits will be reset to the lower plan's allocation.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel your subscription, you'll retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation: Your remaining credits will be preserved, but you'll lose access to premium AI models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) and translation history. You can only use free AI models (like Gemma 3 4B) with your remaining credits. You can reactivate your subscription at any time to regain full access.
